Research Questions:
- How diversity in gender affects the performance of X company
- How diversity in age affects the performance of X company
- How diversity in ethnicity affects the performance of X company
Research hypothesis:
- Organizations with gender diversity are likely to experience improved performance due to mixed skills being brought together. (six questions)
- Workplace diversity with a mixture of age differences is likely to experience improved performance because of mixed work experience across all the ages. (six questions)
- Ethnic diverse organizations are likely to gain improved outcomes but only with proper diversity management in the workplace. (six questions)
