  1. What do you see as the biggest problem for CP&T’s performance management system, and what would you do to address it?
  2. What trade-offs would you be making in executing your strategy?
  3. Who would you involve in determining your course of action? Only senior leaders? Managers? Employees? All groups? Explain your reasoning.
